Plot -
Michael J. Dundee (Crocodile Dundee) is an Australian crocodile hunter who lives in the Australian outback and runs a safari business with his trusted friend and mentor Walter Reilly. After surviving a crocodile attack, a New York journalist named Sue arrives to interview Mick about how he survived and learns more about the crocodile hunter. After saving Sue from a crocodile, Sue invites Mick to visit New York City, since Mick has never been to a city. Mick finds the culture and life in New York City a lot different than his home and he finds himself falling in love with Sue.

Crocodile Dundee is set in the Outback of the Northern Territory as well as New York City

Michael J. Crocodile Dundee was supposedly born in a cave and raised by aborigines. He is unaware of his age and until moving to New York City he had never been to a city before. Mick owns a large stretch of land in the Northern Territory where he runs safari tours for tourists. You often see Mick wearing his signature black hat with crocodile teeth as well as a crocodile skin jacket and crocodile tooth necklace.

He's values friendship and culture as shown when he meets neville, his aboriginal friend, and joins him for a traditional aboriginal ceremony. He also values the freedom of living out in the bush away from civilisation as well as being self sufficient .
